Internship Series: During Your Internship

So today I received an amazing piece of advice from my Grandma M. 

 She told me to write everything down that I did during my internship for a resume or interview. She said that I may forget about projects I worked on, or things I learned to do in the three months that I am interning.

My boss gave me a list of projects she wanted me to work on, and I am going to add to that as I go.

How are you going to keep track of your projects? Any other ideas?
