Birthday Wishlist

I am turning 19 in 3 days, and I am very excited!
I won't really do much celebrating on my actual birthday because it's a Monday, but I will get to see my friends Saturday night! AD is even home from Madison, which makes MB missing the festivities a little better.
1.  Vera Bradley Hipster in Watercolor: I would love a new casual purse like this! I love Vera too!
2.Vera Bradley Weekender in Portobello Road :This weekender bag is going to be perfect for next semester with all of the weekend trips I 'll be taking
3.Purple iPad cover  :I need a cover I can use to prop up my iPad when I'm watching lectures(or Netflix) or even reading textbooks.
4.A nice inexpensive strand of pearls : While I have pearls already, these would be perfect for dresses and others that a long strand of pearls don't look right with.
5.Womens Fleur-De-Lis Rain Boots - Black : It has been raining a lot here in WI, so these are exactly what I need right now to keep my feet dry.
6. Sperry Angelfish Boat Shoe Yes, I love shoes. Most of my flats however are not exactly water proof or warm, but I hear Sperrys are perfect! I wish I could just buy them myself.

What else would you want? How are your summers going?

Purple and Pearls in Europe: Part 2

Finally! Part two right?
Here is a list of helpful items that I thankfully had in my carry on, which was a Vera Bradley Tote of course!
1. A little bag from American Eagle that contained my make-up, contact case and deodorant.
2. My iPad in it's Vera Bradley iPad Case
3. All of my charging cords
4. My Nikon Camera
5. My Longchamp purse
6.An Apt. 9 scarf from Kohls to help me keep warm.
MB said I looked like a grandma when I used it, but oh well I was cold!
7.Granola bars.
The last Time I flew the food was really greasy, and I wasn't sure if I was up to that again. But thankfully the food was actually really good. (not pictured)
8. Travel journals
9. Gum.
My ears are pretty sensitive, and chewing gum makes it a lot easier to deal with it while taking off and landing.

Organizational Tips! Planner Edition

Happy Thursday everybody!
As a freshman in college, I have worked really hard to find an organizational system that works well for me.  After 3 different planners, I finally found one that I love to use!
I may have started using it a semester late, but it is really really useful!
First, every Sunday I go through all my syllabi and  write down what is due for each day, and what I need to get done in terms of other projects each week
Then I write down each day what I should do for the next day.

Here is an example, this week wasn't too bad, but my other weeks will most likely get a lot more crazy!

Next I go through and list any exams/papers/projects and any special events! ZOT probably has the most space on my calender right now!
Also, I love the stickers they give you! I have already used like 1/2 of them
I take a little more time then others do for college agendas, and I make myself do more than the assigned homework such as rereading notes, and making flashcards because I take my schoolwork very seriously!
Needless to say, I don't always have time for fun, but I do love to enjoy myself with movie nights, coffee house dates and random adventures!
How do you organize? Is there anything you want me to explain about my own study habits?
xoxo
